Returns & Exchanges

At Exercere, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
